We offer multiple shipping methods depending on your country and order size, including economy post, express courier, and StyleKoriya consolidation services. Available options for your address will be shown at checkout with estimated delivery times.

Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method you select. In general, economy options can take 2–4 weeks, while express courier typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Public holidays, customs inspection, or weather may cause additional delays.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight/volume of your order, the destination country, and the shipping method you choose. Large wholesale orders may benefit from consolidation or pallet shipments—contact our team if you need a custom quotation.

Yes. For most methods, a tracking number is provided once your order has been packed and dispatched. You will receive this by email and you can also find it in the “My Orders” section of your StyleKoriya account. Some economy options may have limited tracking depending on the destination.

Import duties, VAT, and other customs-related charges are usually the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please check your local regulations before placing a wholesale order. Our team can provide commercial invoices and packing lists to support customs clearance.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives with visible damage, please contact our customer service within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, when applicable, arrange a reshipment or refund according to our shipping policy.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with the correct address. After dispatch, address changes are usually not possible and may require carrier intervention or order cancellation.
